Lan Traffic Is Lower then Wan traffic

i am using ccr1009-8g-1s-1s+ with 50mbps wan speed. using hotspot & ppoe service in lan interface. radius manager for authentication for both hotspot & ppoe . but i see when wan speed is 50mbps but lan speed is somthing like 40 - 46 mbps, sometime less then that. no proxy. cpu load 4 to 12 percent.


please Help.

Stop using PPPoE. You would have to call your ISP and see if they can switch you to DHCP.

It was not PPPOE over head . it was “queue type”. in my case every dynamic simple queue created by radius server is “default small” with type “pfifo”. “i just changed it with sfq”. problem solved.
