LAN, VLAN and DHCP all in the same MKT

Hi,
I am new at this forum and need some help.
I Have about 30 Mikrotik RB2011UiAS-RM in the company.
What I have now is the Mikrotik giving LAN DHCP (192.168.xxx.xxx) in port1 and “Guest” DHCP (10.0.xxx.xxx) in port2 for AP
port1 and port2 are connected to a switch having default vlan for lan and vlan4 for AP port.
Router is connected to the switch in the default vlan (IP 192.168.xxx.254).

I what to configure them like this:
port1 - connected to router with ip 192.168.xxx.254
port2 to port8 - Same LAN as port1 with DHCP from 192.168.xxx.10-192.168.xxx.199
port9 and port 10 - Ubiquity AP, receiving LAN IP and dhcp for a VLAN4 in range 10.0.xxx.xxx
all connecting to internet through router in port1.

Hope to receive some help.
Thanks in advanced
