landing page when user is connecting to AP

I have some text to use as a disclaimer for a landing page when my Hotel guests connect to an access point. I have winbox v2.9.44

What is the easiest way to make this happen?

a) upgrade. 2.9 is so far out of support it isn’t even funny. The current version is 5.6
