RouterOS Beginner Basics

Hi all,

Am new here. And am sure this topic has been here before but am not understanding how to do it at all. I have a RouterOS I want to place a landing page on it while using Radius Manager for authentication. Please help and note am very layman.

are you talking about hotspot page ??

if you want that user should be redirected to your page or authorization then configure hotspot.. !!

you can use same device as radius server also for autho..

Yes I would like to know how to create one as well as customize it for example with adverts.

This will get you started, but there is a lot that is possible, so we need to know more of what you are looking to do. The default login page for the hotspot is very basic, and the MikroTik is not a web server, so don’t expect it to be able to do everything that a normal web server can. If you want more functionality with your web server you can redirect end users to a remote web site that you control to have them sign in. Read through the wiki and see what you can do.

I want to be basic create the landing page as well as brand it with adverts
