laptop's Wi-Fi signal disappearing during whatsapp call

Hi, I have a MikroTik L009UiGS-2HaxD router.

In this router, I have created two SSIDs: one for laptop users and another for mobile users. I assigned separate IP pools for the laptop and mobile users, i.e., 192.168.x.x and 172.30.x.x. I am able to access the internet on both the mobile and laptop, but when a mobile user makes a WhatsApp call, the laptop's Wi-Fi signal disappears and only reappears once the call is completed and the call is disconnected. version: 7.12.2 could you please provide the solution.

Well...the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything would be 42...think that won't help you.

First, upgrade your router to latest RouterOS AND firmware version, current stable is v7.20.5:
