Large ping from router to devices, 1ms back

Hi,

I am struggling to understand the nature of the effect.
I have several devices in both 2GHz and 5GHz networks, and when I ping the router from any of them, the ping is 1-2 ms, and the connection to internet from any of the devices is stable.
When I ping any of the devices from the router (or any of other devices), the ping is 60-100ms, and I have noticeable connection problems between devices, when port forwarding from the internet etc..

What should I look at?
