Hi, soo i’m fairly new to using these devices but I’ve been having issues with my LTE6 ever since I got it, I decided to get it because my current internet setup was using two LOG antennas that’d plug into a Huawei B525 with SMA connectors and that wasn’t able to get more than about 3-4 mbps upload on band 3. I needed the upload for livestreaming to twitch so I decided to get the LTE6. It’s a big improvement in terms of upload since I was able to get 10-15 mbps with the higher gain antenna on the LTE6 now instead which is great… but I have a lot of problems with latency spikes/jitter during gaming and when using discord for VoIP , it will spike to 500ms or more every 10 seconds then drop back to 47ms. And in particular I notice in discord peoples voices sound robotic when it spikes every 10-15 ish seconds.I’d watch the ping reading in discord as it happens , It also lags in-game at the same time. I tried it with UpNp on and off and it still made no difference. In the meantime I ordered the R11e4G older model so I could test it with another cell tower in another direction without having to take my down LTE6 everytime. The R11e4G doesn’t have this issue with latency/ lag spiking in games + discord. After testing the other cell tower, I put the R11e4G in the same position as the LTE6 and connected to that tower, It worked absolutely fine with gaming / and discord sounded completely fine , ping stayed around 45ms without any issues. I re-tested this many times and the it ended up having the same outcome, R11e4G no lag spikes at all, and LTE6 suffering heavily from jitter/ping spikes. I have some examples of it below.

Any idea what could be done differently on the LTE6 or why is it only happening with my LTE6? Some settings that differ from their base setup or idk?. Both are pretty much at factory settings, I tried using the “reset configuration” tab under “system” on the LTE6 a few times and the problem persists. The only thing I really did settings wise on both devices is add a password and the APN for my ISP and select band 3. It might just be something silly that I dont know about which I really hope is the case, and that it isn’t hardware related.
