My router at office is at 7.11beta4, working since Jul 5 and i didn’t experience any problem, VLANs, VPN, evertything is working just fine.

Did you try to update it to 7.11beta6 ?

Do you see autosupout.rif files in the filesystem of your Routerboard?
If you find those files, just check the creation time if this is related to your outage and create a case with mikrotik.

I am also using a Rb760iGs with 7.10.2 and dont see any issues here.

Might be worth to check your config, just to make sure there are no faulty settings.
Can you share it?

/export file=anynameyoulike

:astonished: yes here is it

BUT I THINK is bug although i know Mikrotik when make problem suddenly as said router board becomes unresponsible and cannot login to unit nor via ip or mac address it has some memory issue it all happen with Ovpn peer id problem so Mikrotik team has line of new routers and probably did not have time to check all buga on older mmips units ill send autosupout.rif as well
