Laws and users traffic

Hi to all,
I would to say what laws are in the european community about logging of users traffic… In particulare in Italy…
Do you know this argument?

I’m using a dell server with on board routeros and my question is: Can I log each web proxy request?

Yes.

Loop up CALEA, Netflow and Proxylyzer on the Mikrotik wiki. Also search the forums for those terms. This question comes up a lot.
