Anyone have Layer7 Firewall rule to block Psiphon and Opera Turbo mode

Hi , i have never used L7 because is not a strong and always working feature !
it works on packet data , and data could be anything , most applications and sites encrypt their traffic before send it to network so you can do nothing about that , L7 just works for simple situation , best solution for blocking is to block that ip , port and sometimes both of them

If Layer7 can block ZenMate as in

I believe it can block Psiphon and Opera Turbo too.
Just need to know where the server is.
Maybe using WireShark we can detect that.
The objective of course to prevent users bypass firewall and allow them to go to porn sites
