LCD does not work

I all,

I have new RB2011UAS-2HnD (thank you Mikrotik :slight_smile: i installer last rc 6.11 but my ldc screen won’t work after upgrade. I have installer LCD package but nothing.

Can you help me please?

run this command “/lcd recalibrate” and then use a pencil on the LCD screen to hit the little “x” marks. This will make it work again.

Thank you but my screen stays black, nothing appears :frowning:

The LCD connector to the board might need to be pressed on.

But you need to check if opening the case will not void the warranty first.

Im sure that the screen works, as during the boot i can see the logo. After starting services, it comes black.

I do not have a warranty as this router is a present from Mikrotik :slight_smile:

Ah, I thought it was always black.
