Hi
I understand from reading the wiki that MPLS Fast Reroute is not supported as of yet.
Is there any support for RFC 6138 LDP IGP Synchronization?
Where by the LDP and IGP either OSPF/ISIS are synchronized to avoid blackholing of traffic.
Thanks

Hi,
we try to use some cloudcore routers as P Devices because of “mpls over eoip over ip over internet” functionality (with end to end mtu > 8000) . ![]()
During lab testing I noticed also the problem of unsynchronized ldp and ospf tables.
→ OSPF switches to links even if no labels have been exchanged yet
(http://blog.ipspace.net/2011/11/ldp-igp-synchronization-in-mpls.html)
How can I avoid this problem with mikrotik? Is it a possible way to configure the physical ip address as transport address for each ldp interface? Are there any disadvantages instead of using a virtual ip address of any loopback interface?
Thanks a lot
Florian
