Is there a detailed User guide explaining all the features available in the hAP Lite?

All the routerboard have the almost the same RouterOS features. The only different is License limitation

hAP lite is L4 License.

No, that is something I understood but a guide which explains all the features in detail.
There’s no such guide.
If you want to get proficient with Mikrotik, your best bet is formal training.
The Wiki describes where the knobs and buttons are, but it’s up to the user to know which of them to use to build his specific solution.
It’s on the training where you get a solid foundation on networking, and learn how to apply different tools / features to achieve your goals on each scenario.
As Gustavo pointed, same software features are available on a hAP lite or on the CCR1072 or any other routerboard (hardware limitations aside).
You can however do experiment with the different QuickSet presets and study how things are done on each one.
Be sure to reset to no defaults after using each mode, as QuickSet is not intended to be used incrementally.
