Hi all, sorry for my eng. 
How can i perform monitoring of the leased line, if line is failed, my physical interfaces is steel in “UP” case. How can i perform monitoring and notification by using “interfacein/out bitrate”, if rate is < 100bps then start the notification process.
Have any ideas?
