If the user has been issued with a credit time of one hour, then as soon as they login, that credit will only last one hour from time of login. So, after one hour (even if they log out), their credit becomes zero. Is that what you mean?
If yes - then this is normal.
Ron.
Yes! but if can use the remain time later?
There are two variables, ‘credit’ and ‘uptime limit’.
Credit is how long the account is alive for. If you enter ‘1 week’ then 1 week after they log in for the first time, the account is no longer allowed access, until they pay for more credit.
‘Uptime limit’ is how long they are allowed to stay online for. So if they have a credit time of 1 week, but you give them 1 hour uptime limit, then when they have been online for one hour, their time is finished, they are no longer able to connect to your internet. They may still have 1 week credit time left, but they have used up all their ‘uptime’.
Usermanager makes it easy to buy more credit, but not to add more uptime. This will need to be done manually by you in the User manager screen! ![]()
Perhaps this will be possible in the new User manager (under development) directly from user payment screen.
