Routerboard.com shows the RB450 and 450G with Level 5, but several dealers show them with Level 4.
Is the dealer information out of date or do I need to find a different dealer?
if you purchase these boards with level4 then you are eligible for level5 key. When you power on board and configure it for internet access you can log in with winbox and in “/system license” press “update license key” you should be prompted to reboot to apply new key.
Several boards were selled with Level4, but if you update the license key, it will be upgraded to L5 as janisk said.
My packages on RB are in 3.24 version and the “update license key” button does not appear.
I can’t upgrade the packages version because it’s not supported.
What i was supposed to do?

Shouldn’t you update to 3.30 first?
Update licence and then update to latest bugfix 6.32.4.
