Level 5 Software License

Hello
I have read in training lessons on http://training.mikrotik.com this about configuring wireless interface for AP mode: The “ap bridge” mode enables more than one client (station) registrations, but requires Level 5 Software License.
Is this mean that I need RouterOS Level 5 in order to
have AP for more than 1 station?

If this is true what is meant by information provided on this page: http://www.mikrotik.com/software.php (Level 4 - HotSpot Active Users - 200)?

Level 4 is an AP for more than one client at a time..

Level4 enables AP, I will make sure this error is fixed in online training
