Hi guys,
could someone explain me this? I have LHG 5 ac wich show me two wireless interfaces. Wlan1 is faulty (no scan, no freq.usage etc…) wlan2 seems to work, but i am worried to install it on clients roof. I tried to reset configuration, upgrade firmware, upgrade routeros and netinstall it…still shows two wlan interfaces. Both are 5ghz band.

I have no idea where you’re getting that second interface from. I have only two LHG 5 AC units on my network, and both of them show only one wireless interface, only one IRQ, and so on. I don’t see anything in the marketing literature that says there was ever one with two wireless interfaces. I agree with your reluctance to put it into production. If I had that unit, I would RMA it.
Bogus extra and missing interfaces are rare, but they do happen. I have had them.
