I’ve just upgraded to 7.18. Now when I power on device the USR LED is on and when I attach LAN cable the ETH LED starts blinking but it cannot connect to LAN, the device is not visible in Winbox, even not in Neighbors. It looks like it’s trying to attach to LAN but with no success. After about one minute USR/ETH LEDs goes off and after few seconds starts new “cycle” (USR on, ETH blinking, no LAN connected). The device cannot be connected via Netinstall. It’s totally bricked.

Now I am in your shoes too.
Upgrading the nRAY devices from 7.13.5 to 7.18.1 results in a Boot Loop!
Field technicians are on their way to do a Netinstall…
