Hi support (forum),
we have had strange and bad problem with CPE in subject. After a simple upgrading attempt (for example from mipsbe 6.38.xx to 6.40.xx and over) they not more answer and LAN port appear as “broken” (blinking on/off continously). Then as a usual hardware problem after an electrical problem, spike, over voltage, etc. It seems so impossible…Until today just 3 pieces. Other models (example smaller round models) without that problem but only usual broken by electrical mentioned problems (as any other brand, as Ubiquiti).
Also, they are not more in warranty period…I compared it with other colleagues and they confirmed similar occurs.
How is, how can resolve, etc? Thanks a lot
