LHG LTE18 kit unresponsive

Hey Guys,

I’m new to MikroTik products and kinda networking n00b also. I have this router and hAP with wifi. hAP i’ve accessed and configured no problem. But LHG modem is a different thing. For a couple of days now i think i exhaust all solutions and i don’t see similar thread on forum. I cannot acces RouterOS in LHG at all. Tried so far:

  • different machines (Mint/Ubuntu/Windows)
  • different cables (works with hAP no problem)
  • different methods (MAC, IP)
  • checked my network interfaces on all machines (all good, ethernet works diirectly via eth port or USB-C dongle extension)
  • reset machine couple of times, although i don’t think reset actually works

The first light after blue power (one with computer icon) is constantly flashing. Like it was trying to connect but for some reason couldnt. LHG doesnt identify itself so ethernet connection is not recognizing anything on the other side despite adapter being up and running.

Anything more i can do here. Would love to share logs but if I have them, then probably would be able to check more then above.

Hello All,

netinstall on windows machine cannot recognize device as well. Does it mean this modem/antenna is bricked totally?
Really appreciate any hints!

Have you checked the power supply is supplying both the correct voltage as well as having the correct available current.
Next double check the passive PoE media converter is working (unless your going via another device( PoE extension ) then defiantly check available current.
