I’ve a big problem with my new LHG LTE6 kit. After installation it worked for 2 hours, but then it started to disconnect in every minute.
I’ve tried ios and firmware upgrade and downgrade too (6.48.1 and 6.47.9) and a lot of factory reset…
I’ve tried with two different sim with two different service provider.
It works for 1 minute, i have connection works properly then it disconnects with a red error message: “AT+EEMGINFO?”
After the error message it starts re connecting and works for 1 minute again.
The radio cables looks fine inside.
Should i send back to service in guarantee or is there something that i have to try before it?
I bought something similar this week, an lhgg lte6 and found water inside it the following day from a little overnight rain. Try drying it out with a hairdryer.
you can and should write about every that case to support@mikrotik.com - they can do change and discovery why that this happens.
All LTE devices are warranty fix via MikroTik directly and give that wrong cart to warranty. They should be stable.
