LHG r11eLTE6 PC LAN Up/ Down Infinity Loop

Hey guys,

I’m just a home user with basic knowledge who uses my Mikrotik LHG r11eLTE6 to work from home but now I have this issue:

When I connect the the Mikrotik to my PC Lan Port it looks someone is plugging and unplugging the cable :S (Identifying / No connection / Identifying / No connection).
After searching on the web I tried to replace the PoE but the issue continues and I tried to use NetInstall but the microtik doesn’t appears on the “Routers/Drivers” page at Netinstall, followed some guides on youtube and forum and tried with ip’s 192.168.88.x 192.168.0.x and turned off the Firewall.

Does anyone knows If this can be solved or I need a new Mikrotik?

Forgot to say that:

I holded down the RESET button while turning on the power and just released after 15sec to start in Netinstall mode and tried with the other combinations such as Factory reset // Reinstall RouterOS.
