LHG-XL-HP5 mysterious fluctuating

I am using a pair of LHG-XL-HP5 over a distance of 3km when a mysterious fluctuating in RX appears. it varies between -56dbm to -77dbm.
On restart its ok, then it happens after a few minutes after restart on one side of the link, the other is normal and after a few minutes it fluctuates the 2nd. is this normal? i checked all hardware but unable to find the reason. Could it be band interference? but if happens in any frequency…any idea much appreciated.
i attach picture of the mysterious event.
thanks

You have not provided any information to help you.
There are over 32 reasons, no one wants to guess.

  1. The reason is elementary wind oscillation of the mast …

Hi, you are right but the masts are very rigid…
i checked so far:

  1. power supplies
  2. ethernet cables
  3. Radio units with another ones
  4. v723 both
  5. mode NV2 at 25dbm

what am i missing? why the fluctuation occurs 1 min or so after restart? why only one way and not both?

i attach one more picture. any idea appreciated. thanks

You’re not even showing the tip of the iceberg.
Judging by what you are showing to find the causes, you have very little idea of how wifi works. You must be a network engineer. (the network cable has nothing to do with the signal received).
I can tell you from the bits and pieces you’ve shown me.

  1. very low signal strength for such an antenna, and such power.
  2. Very high level of interference.
  3. The power is overestimated
You should start by checking the profile of the radio path, probably there are obstacles in the Fresnel zone.
You can use the link profile calculator https://ispdesign.ui.com to build a link profile. Select Point to Point (Add PtP), switch to manual equipment selection and select PowerBeam M5-400 and set the points to your coordinates.
Show the resulting profile. You also need full signal parameters of each point and the results of scanning the air from each point.

Thank you friend, i will check it

That didnt work. the mystery is that only one way fluctuates, the other doesnt. replaced all hardware, still the same.
any suggestions?

most the time performance issues with wireless links are because of interference, that is, another equipment transmitting in same radio frequencies you are using

rx signal fluctuations are a consequence of other problems like inssuficient height or aiming to guarantee a clear line of sight and clear fresnel zone, also obstructions can cause problems

What didn’t work?
Did you build a profile of the radio path and make sure the first Fresnel zone was clear?

No one advised you to change the equipment.

What advice do you expect from the forum members if you don’t give any information?
My IT tambourine is on upgrade so I can’t see what’s going on there.
There could be hundreds of reasons for the problem. You provide information, we discard the wrong ones.
Now, if you want advice, show a profile of the radio path, photos of antenna installation, photo from one antenna to another, ROS settings of each antenna, Scan the airwaves from each point.
