I use a LHGG LTE6 kit and am extremely happy with it, the perfect product to ensure a really stable connection - over many, many months even in wind and weather over a long distance.
Recently the antenna reconnected, which happens every few weeks, no problem at all. It’s just that the connection is suddenly only on one channel and the threading is a bit slower. With previously used technology, I could reboot it from a distance to trigger a reconnect, then the connection was perfect again.
I use the WinBox to see the status, but I am not a technician who wants to change anything here, but I wonder HOW can I remotely trigger a REBOOT of the antenna so that it can reconnect safely on two channels? I could not find any direct reference to a reboot option in the WinBox.
Or am I imagining this too simply?
