License disappear in CHR installed on VmWare ESXi 6.5

Hi everyone,

I have CHR 6.39.2 installed on VmWare ESXi 6.5 but I have a license issue. I activated the P10 trial license from my account on Mikrotik.com, but after 24 hours, the license disappeared and level is set to “free” with 1 Mbit limit. When I tried to renew license, winbox wrote “done” but the license has still “free” level. I must change the system ID to generate a new license. I was alerted to this problem with the disappearance of the license (in CHR @ ESXi) by the official Mikrotik Trainee, that has same feedback from his customers using CHR in ESXi.

Did anyone encounter this problem? Any solution ?
