when I try to renew the license of a CHR I get this error:
“status: ERROR: Licensing Error: unable to register cloned machine, original machine is not found”
I’ve already tried to generate a new id.
Any ideas?
You’re probably best off in opening a support ticket for this issue.
Or you can take a backup and recreate the VM and restore the backup.
