I need to mount a server with 2 Gb RAM and Seria ATA HardDiks, and version 2.9.xx don´t support these features. I´ve tested ver 3beta7 and I´ve installed this version in an Sata HD and it has recognized 2 Gb RAM…
So, which license level need I to buy to use with MK´s version 3??? I have a flash with Level 4 License and MK 2.9.42… Can I upgrade this flash with version 3??? This license Level is valido for version 3???

yes, the licenses are the same. so install v3 and purchase any license level (starting L4)
So, why can´t I simply upgrade de flash with licensed version 2.9.42 to V3?? The upgrade crasches my license/instalation???

you can upgrade your 2.9.42 to 3.0beta without any problems, if you follow correct procedure, you will not loose the license (upload npk file and reboot router)
i would add that license is bound to media that routeros is installed on, so hardware upgrade for router - just plug in old flash and correct interface names and off you go
you said that you need SATA, well your current 2.9 installation is not on a SATA disk, so you need a new one.
Sorry… I´ve not expressed correctly… I´ll use a Compact Flash with an CF-IDE Adapter for the system (Mikrotik), and a Sata HD (in the same machine) for web-proxy cache…
