Can anyone tell me if there is a License limitation or a setting some where that is prohibiting me from connecting more than 25 or so devices to a Network (ip phones) that has 6 MT AP in WDS Mode, some static , some dynamic.
I am trying to connect more that 25+ ip phones and have trouble connecting above this number.
Bandwith is good, QoS is set up, speech is excellent even when I try to add the extra IP Phones, the signal levels are excellent also, range from
-50 to - 62
look forward to anyone who can shed some light here. Also runing level 4 License.
Have you tried the bandwidth test ? It can show prediction of how big your wireless link is. You can compare this data with the occupied link after you put 25 IP phone.
I never know which IP Address to put in for this test
if I have my laptop connected to an ap say 10.2.0.1 (eth2 or eth3)
and log on to another Ap in the WDS network say 10.2.1.1 and I want to do the bandwidth test between these two what Ap should I log on to and what IP address should I put in the Form where it asks for IP Address.
to be able to test the bandwidth between these two AP, or do you mean the total bandwidth availble on the network and if so how do i test this ?
