License Lost when change Nand

Hi, I have some routerboards with Nand fails, I changed 3 and license was lost… now working fine but at open Winbox say “ROUTER HAS NO SOFTWARE KEY”

Is any way to get again the license lost in Nand swap without pay the license?

BTW, on what devices did you change the NAND? Where there CCR among them?
