License not valid for my new HDD

hello to everyone,


5 months ago i purchased mikrotik license 6.4 , and i installed into a pc , after installation i took software id and i purchased a license key from a re seller online,

They accepted and send to me license key and i used that license to unlock the system, and it worked!


but after some months electricity has crashed my HDD and i lost current mikrotik OS , after that i bough one new hdd and i installed same version of mikrotik, but now the LICENSE is not working! also the system is showing me another “Software ID”



WHAT SHOULD I DO ? i paid for the license arround 160 USD (Controller)!!
