You can only try it out but as I am informed it would not change, but it is more then a license fee question that muist also match.
It will just change if Hard drive change. All other changes in hw, is irrelevant. Licence is related to hd, and a viritual hd, can be moved around different vm’s - To do it leagl - have one licence for each HD.
