I just buy an RB433UAH that comes with RouterOS 3.25. Since I use R52N I try to
upgrade it downloading http://download.mikrotik.com/routeros-mipsbe-5.0beta6.npk,
since it is an L5 license.
I upgrade it, and then i update the bootloader to 2.27, all works fine. But now it
says that there is no license. I click update license key but it says invalid request
received.
what should I do?
Open a support ticket. Send an email to support@mikrotik.com. Be sure to include the serial number and current Software_ID and tell them what happened.

I send an email with the information of the first RB433UAH, mikrotik sent me the key and no problem.
But with the second RB433UAH, I have send about 500 emails asking for key, i’m waiting for 2 days and no key. What is mikrotik thinking at?
I can’t use the board (21h left…) but I pay for it!
