Can some one clarify exactly how the license works? I.e if you purchase a Level 5 (WISP AP) license does the software stop working after 1 year unless you renew your license or is it just that you can upgrade to the latest version for a year?
No! Licenses DO NOT EXPIRE - Never. The Softtware will work even after one year or after ten years. We have seen routers with over 380 days of uptime.
Routers can be upgraded for one year after the purchase of license. You will not be able to do upgrades anymore, but the software will remain 100% functional.
