I thing actual RouterOS version is 3.
But I listen that users that have ROS3 can update to ROS4.
If I buy now L5, I will use ROS3 +2 = ROS5 ?
If Mikrotik accepts to update to ROS4, then ROS4 + 2 = ROS6 ???

If you buy a new L5 license it is based on ROS version 4.x right now since that is the current stable. L5 offers two upgrade versions so that means you can upgrade to at least ROS 5 and ROS 6 when they become available.
In reality, Mikrotik has been very generous in the past and allowed free upgrade versions for all.

BTW ‘/system license print’ will show the ROS version that you are allowed to upgrade to.
