License still valid after clean Install 3.28 ?

I have ROS 3.23 running, with a valid license.
Instead of just upgrading, I want to do a full, clean re-install of 3.28 onto the same disk, after formatting.
Will that work without problems ?

if you will format by NetInstall - then all will be okay. just don’t format with other vendors’ utilities

Most convinient would be a boot/re-install from CD with ISO-image.
Will that also be possible without license problems ?
