License Update failed - controller level 6 - upgradable v.5

After Mikrotik os V4 stable was released I wanted to upgrade my mikrotik license (“Z3H2-STN” which became “HNIG-1WDR” during upgradation to v 3.28) - but there was a bulletin -

v4 Upgrade bulletin

Upgrading procedure for all devices:
Update the Bootloader if using a RouterBOARD
In your RouterOS v3.25 or newer, Update your RouterOS license
Upload new RouterOS v4 packages to the router, and reboot

Next thing I did was - opened the winbox and logged into the mikrotik - then going to the system License option clicked the “Update License Key” - after few seconds it said "Connecting mikrotik.com… Next .. Requesting & Finally - failed: this key is upgraded and has changed software ID.

But my license key was not changed or updated. Next I mailed to A. K. M. Jahangir@bijoy.net (Authorize reseller) - and he told me that my updated software would have become - according to his account on mikrotik.

Everything is fine with this license. You can install v4.2 without any issues.

What is the problem?

But after upgrading to v. 3.28 my os License became “HNIG-1WDR”

So, the problem is why is my license not updating ?? I want to update
and upgrade to v. 4

Any suggestion ??

You could see your license updated in your picture..

Have you ever updated one from v. 2.9.x to v. 3.xx and finally to v. 4.x ?? Don’t think so. After you click the update license from System->License (and you have updated from 2.9.xx to 3.xx and yet on 3.xx) after the license key gets updated there will remain only one key.

Thanks to support@mikrotik.com - they provided me with a license key through mail - though it took a while.
