License update failing after upgrading from 3.x to 4.x

Hello,

I have just upgraded 2 devices, both are saying that they need their Licenses updated, I have ensured that they have full Internet access through a firewall, however each time I click Update License it says “Failed: The action must be retried”

Please help..

Sorry. I did not read some of the other threads correctly. the PC with Winbox needed internet access also.

Fixed now.
