Licenses

Hi,
I have RB500 with MT 2.8.28 and wanted to upgrade to the latest version 2.9.50 but I’ve got a message that my license is expire. I bought from mikrotik site a new licenses for Level 5 and I pasted the new key in the old version 2.8.28 then I was able to make the upgrade.
How ever after rebooting I’ve got a message that my license will expire after 24 hour and I’ve tried to insert the key using different ways like paste key or import key but in vain.

Till now, I didn’t get any reply [/b]from the support regarding my issue. The problem is that till now my RB500 is down and subscribers are complaing and started losing some.
when I renewed my licneses level 5 it says that initial config support for 30 days. I just need somone to check my licneses status.

Upgraded (thought to be an upgrade!!), my RB 333 with new licence (asked for superchannel) but given a level 4 license. Now my RB333 have only 23hrs left with 0 level.

What to do… can’t wait for 3-4 business day… please help.

you have a key already. copy and paste into winbox license menu.
