Licensing Server offline?

Hello, need some help here. I updated one of my new routers ( purchased from wisp-router about 2 months ago.
It came with LVL 5 license on version 3.16 I updated it today and did the update license button as I’ve been doing and it just sits there on connecting to www.mikrotik.com. However the unit can ping www.mikrotik.com just fine.

Please help a fellow out, I don’t want a licensing issue..

the connection happens from your windows machine, not the router. make sure there is unrestricted http access to mikrotik.com from your windows. also make sure there is no proxy or hotspot in the way
