Lightning protection for datacenter

Hi
i have a few 100ft height towers to provide internet over WiFi
the config is as bellow(all devices are on the same rack)
WAN(Ethernet)>>CCR(Fiber)>>24Port Switch(Ethernet)>>Multiple radio on tower
servers are also connected to the CCR with Ethernet

i am worried that if lightning strikes the mast then all my equipment like the CCR, Server, Switch etc will be burnt although i have done grounding to the mast by 2 nos of 10ft depth Gi pipes near the mast and connected them to the mast

Please can any one guide me what can be done to be (100%) safe from lightning strikes if my existing setup is not ok
i can manage if only the radios on mast / switch is burnt but if the CCR or servers are burnt then it’s not manageable

Please guide me

Thanks

Nothing will protect 100%.

You MUST MUST MUST use shielded ethernet cable with a drain wire, and ground that wire at the bottom of the tower to a good ground.

That right there will cut down on damage a lot.

In addition to that, you can use commercial grade ethernet surge protectors.
