Limit a user to change only Hotspot settings in MikroTik

Hi,
I’ve created a user in MikroTik, I want this user just only be able to manage Hotspot settings. Can I achieve this?

I don’t think you can do that, RouterOS doesn’t have such detailed permissions. WebFig has something (https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Webfig#Skins), but I’ve never used it myself, so I don’t know much about it. It looks like you can use it to create limited interface for some users, but it’s not really protection against someone who would want to change something else, more like making it simpler, i.e. protection against unintentional mistakes.
