Limit bandwidth for wifi on router

Hello,

I would like to limit my bandwidth speed to 5 Mb/s download and .5 Mb/s upload, is there a way to do this on my new MikroTik Routerboard router? I have been able to limit the download speed exclusively through the interface section, but I can’t find a way to limit upload speed.
