Limit bandwith by profiles PPPoE working wrong

Hello, this is my first question in this forum, please excuse my bad English.

I have a CCR1016-12G with the last firmware version, 6.23,and around 50 users through PPPoE. I use limit in each profile to manage users bandwidth. I have a symmetric 40Mbps wireless Internet connection.
Until this moment I had two profiles, 1Mbps down with 500Kbps up, and 4Mbps down with 1Mbps up. In I make speed test in a user I usually get around 90-100% of the profile limitation. The problem appears when I configure profile for 7Mbps down and 2Mbps up: If I make a speed test with this profile I get around 90% in upload, but only 40-60% for download. If a leave this profile without limitation I get almost 40Mbps in speed test, but if I try with any value over 7-8Mbps, I always get only 40-60% for download, upload is always correct, around 90%.

Can anyone help my?

Pedro,

  1. it would be nice to see queues, that are created on your setup.

  2. When test is performed, run /torch to see all traffic for the particular user, perhaps other applications are using Internet traffic at the moment.

  1. In Queues menu I only have the simple queues that are automatically generated when each user registers in PPPoE server. Nothing more.

  2. I made test with a testing connection where there aren´t other applications using Internet traffic, only the bandwidth test.

Any other idea?
