Limit ether interfaces (wans)

I have an RB1100AHx2 configured with a hotspot which uses 2 wan interfaces (connected to adsl modems) and they are used with PPC load balancer on the hotspot. The first one is 12Mbit down and 1.8Mbit up and the other one is 16Mbit down and 0.8Mbit up.

I would like to limit them and especially the upload part. I can do it from the interface properties but I cannot use my own values.

Which is the appropriate conf ?

You need to use queue (queue simple or queue tree) to limit upload properly.
