Limit web browsing on specific IP addresses

I want to limit specific IP addresses to only browse a specific number of work-related websites/URL’s. Can someone suggest best approach to this?

Set up webproxy, then allowing and dropping specific sites is easy.

I have test MK Web proxy and works fine, but the problem is . . . .

I can bypass it with some programs like Ultrasurf :laughing:

Absolutely I did it!!!
Once I had a PPPoE server on V 4.x and redirected certain users that their credit was over to a page which tells them pay for recharge.
It works fine. but after a few days, I understood they bypass webproxy with Ultrasurf. It was a shame for our network!!!
