Limited bandwidth for P2P

Hi there, can someone give me an example mangle/queue rule for limiting the bandwidth on all other ports except 80, 110, 1863, 25, 21, 3389, 6667..

I’m trying to limit my users P2P downloading to 256k and leave normal web surfing/email unthrottled..

Think Backwards…

Mark the packets on those ports and give them a higher priority. Queue everything else back except for the ports you have marked.
