Limited speed on ext port

Gents,

I am using the following body:
Model 750UP
RouterBoard OS: 5.6

ISP has upgraded link to 20mbps, but when I try to test speed (speedtest.net) from various users PCes in LAN it gives maximum 8-10mbps.
Could you please advise where in microtik configuration might the bottle neck.

Any ideas would really be appreciated.

The problem should be fixed if you update to version 6.x Ros
