Limited user access to configuration

Hi,
we have several hotel setups with or without CAPsMAN and we want to allow hotel’s ITs or admins to change WiFi passwords, SSIDs or other WiFi settings only. E.g. we want to prevent the user to change systemwide settings like IPs, routes, access levels etc.

I tried to look for solution but no success. Can somebody advice?

It is not possible in winbox but in webfig you can try to manage it by skins. It will not show the options but even they are hidden they can be called by their url.
