Limiting speed per ip

Dear all,

I would like to ask forum for a help. I have got home network based on MikroTik RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT.
I need to restrict bandwidth of one of the devices (currently connected via cable) on network.

I searched web for a solution and followed found instruction:

Queues → Simple Queues → + Simple Queue :
Name: AAA
Target: 192.168.xxx

Target Download : 64K
Target Upload: 64k

Created the queue, but it doesn’t have any effect, the speed has not been limited.
Any ideas what is wrong?

You’ll have to disable fast-track in firewall filter for this particular host.
For testing purposes (to verify that queue is actually working) you can entirely disable the fast-track rule, but that will affect overall routing performance and you probably don’t want to do that.
